Returns & Exchanges Policy: Our Commitment to Honesty

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your intentional selection. Our policy is designed for simplicity and requires timely action:

Window: We accept requests for returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: All apparel must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition received. All original product tags must be intact.

Conditions for Acceptance

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and process, every returned item is subject to the following non-negotiable checks:

Quality Check: Every garment returned will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our team. The return process (exchange or credit) will only be processed if the item passes this quality check.

Verification: In the case of a wrong product being delivered, the customer must provide a video of the unboxing to verify the discrepancy before the return process can be initiated.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (Via Portal)

To ensure a seamless and traceable process, all returns and exchanges must be initiated through our dedicated online portal.

Action: Please visit our returns and exchange portal and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will need your Order Number and Email address to begin.

Refund Structure and Timeline

We do not offer monetary refunds back to the original payment method. We ensure you retain the full value of your purchase for a future exchange.

Return Outcome: For returns that pass the quality check, the our team will get in touch to process the refund after deducting a convenience fee of INR 250 from the original purchase price.

Exchanges: We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to inventory availability.
