The UNDN Process: Intentional Packing

We are built on a philosophy of Raw, Real, and Undone processing. This means we prioritize quality control and intentional packing over speed. Your order is not handled by a fast-speed machine; it is prepared by our small team to ensure everything is perfect.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch. This time allows us to ensure accountability and accuracy before your apparel begins its journey.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is processed and dispatched:

Total Delivery Time: You can expect your apparel to be delivered within one week (7 days).

Shipping Costs and Transparency

We maintain full transparency regarding all costs associated with your order.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders to simplify your purchase decision.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: COD is available and incurs a processing fee of ₹100. This fee will be applied at checkout.

International Shipping: At this point, we do not offer international shipping. We are focused on perfecting our domestic service and hope to expand our reality soon.

Tracking Your Reality

For full transparency, we use DTDC for reliable delivery.

Tracking Number: Your tracking (AWB) number was sent to you via Email and SMS at the time of order confirmation.

Tracking Portal: You can track your shipment's latest updates and delivery status directly via the official DTDC portal: https://www.dtdc.com/track-your-shipment/.

Note: If your shipment status hasn't updated, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to refresh the status.

The price you see in the cart is the final price you pay. Our commitment to radical honesty means there are never any hidden fees or unexpected charges added at the final stage.
